LOTIONING, OILING, LOTIONING, OILING....

haha...so the other day i went to green canyon hot springs with my roommate courtney and some of her friends. it was way nice, the hot springs were kind of like a scene from napoleon dynamite, but it was still fun. there were tons of people there. a little boy who looked like he was about 12 came up to us, pretending to be retarded, and said "i peed in the pool and my mom got mad". we just looked at him and then he walked away. then a few other boys who looked the same age came over and said "excuse our friend he isn't all there." then they left. 2 minutes later they came back and said "our retarded friend wants your number cuz he's never gotten anyones number before..." i asked who's number he wanted and they were like "oh yours." i laughed and said i was probably too old for them. well about a half hour later the "retarded" boy, who's name ended up being hank, and he was not really retarded, came up to me and said, "can i have a hug? all my friends pick on me cuz i'm the smallest...so can i have a hug??!" i laughed and thought it was funny and kind of cute that these little boys wanted to talk to me so badly. i was actually flattered and thought that men my own age could take a lesson from these little guys. i laughed and asked the little boy his name and my friend wanted to take a picture of us together. so i gave him a hug, let him kiss me on the cheek, and took a picture with him. ten minutes later, his little posse of 13 and 14 year old boys came over to me asking for hugs and pictures. hahaaha i couldn't resist. seriously. i was flattered! is that weird to be flattered that i had a whole group of boy scouts hitting on my and wanting hugs and pictures?!?! cuz i really was. so i got pictures with all of them. then as i was leaving thier scout leader (who i know thru a friend) called me over and thanked me for entertaing his scouts all night. they all flocked around me asking where i was from and how old i was. i felt like cindy peppercorn off of the sand lot, where all the boys are sitting there in the pool watching her and saying "lotioning, oiling, lotioning, oiling, lotioning, oiling! i can't take it anymore!" hahaha :)
